How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £2.99, and it’s free on orders of £23 or more (after any discounts). We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Read our delivery policy.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm UK time are normally processed within one working day (Monday to Saturday). Once dispatched, courier delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
My order arrived damaged or something is missing
We’re sorry! Send us a message with your order number and, if you can, clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Please don’t send anything back until we’ve replied — we’ll sort out a refund or replacement.
Can I return treats?
Unopened packs in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery — just contact us first so we can send instructions. For hygiene reasons, opened treats can’t be returned for a change of mind. This never affects your rights if something is faulty. Read our returns policy.
Can I change my delivery address?
Get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is being processed.
How long do the treats last?
Our freeze-dried treats come in sealed packs with an approximate shelf life of 16 months. Once opened, follow the storage instructions on the pack.
Are the treats suitable for my pet?
They’re complementary treats for cats and dogs, not a replacement for a complete diet. Introduce new treats gradually, keep fresh water available and check the ingredients if your pet has an allergy or sensitivity. If your pet has a medical condition, please check with your vet first.
